Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
• Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
• Develop annual sales strategy and goals
• Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
• Collaborate with sales leaders
• Maintain responsibility for the performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory.
• Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
• Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
• Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
• Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
• Continually analyze the sales process to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish a sales reporting framework.
• Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
• Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals
• Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community
• Maintain acceptable profit margins
