Job Description:
The candidate for this position will excel at creating closer targets and closing new opportunities in a good amount. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers and generate revenue.
Responsibilities:
● Candidates should have to generate the revenue and deal in residential & commercial property (Luxury segment).
● Take a follow-up and maintain the business relation with the client. Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts and sell the properties.
● Candidate is sales and target oriented individual as well as team
● Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
● Handle a team and give the closure as per their team size
● Track the record of meetings and Daily MIS report.
