Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at TutorX in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, Reports and Documentation, Team Training and Development, Revenue Development and Financial Management, Customer Feedback and Satisfaction, Managing Operational Challenges, Quality assurance and compliance, Office Culture and Environment ,Strategic planning and execution. managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research skills
Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Team management and leadership abilities
Knowledge of educational services or EdTech industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
