Job Title: Telecaller (Lead Filtering & VC Handling)

Location: Central Avenue, Near Central Metro

Experience: Freshers or 1 year experience in telecalling

Salary: ₹7,000 - ₹10,000

Working Hours: 11 AM to 8PM

Week Off: Tuesday

Job Description:

PrepMed is looking for a Telecaller to assist in filtering leads for the Sales Department and conducting Video Calls (VCs) if required. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable handling calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential leads and filter them based on predefined criteria.Identify and qualify interested candidates before passing them to the sales team.

Conduct Video Calls (VCs) with students/parents when required.

Maintain proper records of daily calls and lead status.Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.

Coordinate with the sales team for smooth communication.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Freshers are eligible; prior telecalling experience is a plus.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism.

Must be self-motivated and target-driven.
