Job Title: Telecaller

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Location: Noida, Sector 4

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to join our team in Noida, Sector 4. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products/services and handle customer queries effectively.

• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.

• Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply).

• Skills:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi/English.

  • Persuasive and customer-focused approach.

  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling (preferred).

  • Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
