We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team at Wayinfotech Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally

Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up as needed

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company

Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction

Requirements:

Good communication skills in english

Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience is a plus
