Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Fixed Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹20,000 (Fixed) + Incentives
(Salary for experienced candidates will be based on their last drawn salary)

Job Description:

View Holiday Trip Private Limited is looking for a Travel Consultant to join our passionate and experienced team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and organizing travel itineraries for our clients, offering personalized travel advice, and ensuring all travel arrangements are smooth and hassle-free. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of making every travel experience a vital one.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role (preferably 1-2 years).

• In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and tours.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client requests and bookings simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

• IATA certification or relevant travel industry certifications are a bonus.

• A background in the travel industry or a related field would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to clients on travel destinations, accommodations, flights, and tours.

• Create customized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences, budgets, and travel dates.

• Handle the booking of flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.

• Assist clients with travel documentation, visa processes, and other travel necessities.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and professionally.

• Communicate effectively with travel vendors and suppliers to ensure the best deals and seamless booking confirmations.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel packages, and promotions to provide relevant and timely travel advice.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.

• Manage payments, invoices, and confirmations for booked trips.

• Provide excellent customer service from initial inquiry through to post-travel follow-up.
