Internship: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Swargate, Pune
Type: Full-Time Internship
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

📋 Internship Overview:

We are offering an exciting full-time internship opportunity for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in business development. As a BDE Intern, you will be involved in lead generation, client outreach, and supporting the growth of our company from our Pune (Swargate) office.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and approaching potential clients

• Generate and qualify leads via calls, messages, and field visits

• Support the sales team in managing client relationships

• Maintain and update daily lead records in CRM or Excel

• Learn to prepare pitches and sales presentations

• Help coordinate and execute local marketing/promotional activities

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Students or recent graduates (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, or equivalent)

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Passionate about sales and client interaction

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets)

• Willingness to work on-site at Swargate
