We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elevator solutions sales, excellent industry contacts, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Drive new business development for elevator and escalator sales across commercial, residential, and industrial segments.
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and PMC firms.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to final negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, installation, service) to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Ensure CRM systems are updated and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Guide and mentor junior sales staff when required.
Must Speak and understand English , Hindi, Telgu
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1+ years in the elevator/escalator or allied industry.
Strong network with real estate developers, construction firms, and government bodies in the Hyderabad region.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
