Recruitment and Development Manager (RDM)
Reports to:
Branch Manager (BM)
Responsibilities
Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
Recruitment quality advisors through field, natural market and
other activities
Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product,
regulations and other selling inputs
Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors
Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by
accompanying them to client meetings
Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue
targets
Helping in need analysis of prospective customer to high level
of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight
Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as
for recruitment.
Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of
business targets
Specification
MBA with minimum 1 year of field sales experience
Or
Graduate with minimum 2.50 of filed sales experience
Influential Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Achievement
Oriented Skills
Basis Computer Skills (MS - Office, Excel, Power Point)
