About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)

• Maintain and update HR records and databases

• Help with onboarding and documentation of new hires

• Support in organizing HR activities and employee engagement initiatives

• Assist in drafting HR-related letters and documents

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (Any stream)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
