Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Kalher. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation.

• Handle attendance, leave tracking, and coordinate with payroll for salary processing.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and other statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).

• Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.

• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.

• Coordinate training and development sessions.

• Liaise with external agencies for background verification, insurance, etc.

  Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

• Female Preffered

• 1–3 years of HR experience (manufacturing or industrial setup preferred).

• Good knowledge of MS Office and HRIS tools.

• Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
