Coordinate and process payroll payments for employees on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy in calculations and deductions.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and timely payroll processing.
Verify and maintain payroll records, including bonuses, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.
Handle employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies regarding payroll and payments.
Assist with preparing and filing tax-related reports and documents.
Support the payroll team with month-end closing processes and related reporting.
Perform audits on payroll data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Provide reports to management regarding payroll expenses, trends, and forecasts.
Skills & Qualifications:
1-4 years of experience in payroll processing, payment coordination, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, or similar).
Understanding of labor laws and payroll tax compliance.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools for data analysis and reporting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
