Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Share Recruitment Requisition Form with hiring managers and initiate the hiring process
upon completion.
Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards, portals and social media platforms.
Source and attract candidates through databases, social platforms, professional networks,
and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update MIS data with accurate candidate and hiring status information.
Respond to employee referral bonus-related emails and ensure timely communication.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other hiring events.
