Job Responsibilities
Branch Leadership & Management
Oversee and manage daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning
Lead and motivate the team to achieve admission targets and operational excellence
Monitor branch performance and ensure high standards of customer service
Admissions Strategy & Oversight
Supervise and guide the admissions team in handling parent inquiries and conversions
Implement and refine strategies to boost admissions and meet branch goals
Maintain quality control in communication, counseling, and documentation processes
Team Development & Training
Conduct regular training sessions for Relationship Associates / Admission Counselors
Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and accountability
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Act as the primary point of contact between the branch and higher management
Share regular performance reports and updates
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and the community
