We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Collection Executive to join our team. The role involves visiting customers to collect payments, following up on pending dues, and ensuring timely recovery in line with company policies.
Visit customers’ locations to collect outstanding payments.
Communicate with defaulters and negotiate repayment plans if necessary.
Maintain proper records of collections and submit daily reports.
Ensure timely recovery as per company targets and guidelines.
Coordinate with the backend team for updated customer data.
Handle customer queries regarding payments in a professional manner.
Follow company safety and operational protocols during field visits.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital payment systems.
Ability to meet daily targets and work under pressure.
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 6 months in field collections or any field-related role is mandatory.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
