We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Loan Executive to manage loan documentation, customer coordination, file processing, and bank follow-ups. The role requires strong communication and follow-up skills, with at least 1 year of experience in any loan department. Experience in car loans is a plus, but not mandatory.
Follow up with customers for loan token generation, document collection, down payment coordination, and loan kit signing.
Coordinate with banks for loan file login, processing, approval, disbursement, and cancellations.
Manage pre-login follow-ups by coordinating with customers, Relationship Managers, and closure teams.
Prepare and submit complete loan applications within deadlines.
Communicate with banks to track status of files and escalate delays if needed.
Handle RTO (Regional Transport Office) follow-ups related to loan cases and provide updates to the bank.
Work closely with the central team for login processes and ensure instant approvals wherever possible.
Explain reasons for loan rejections to customers and guide them on next steps.
Maintain accurate records and reports of loan activities.
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a loan department (any type—personal loan, home loan, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders including customers, banks, and internal teams.
Experience with DSA operations is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and grow in the auto loan segment.
