Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining property details, and generating site visit appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

Pitch real estate projects, explain property features, and answer queries.

Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure attendance.

Maintain a database of client information and call records.

Provide accurate and complete information to clients using scripts.

Coordinate with the sales team to update on hot leads and conversions.

Handle customer complaints or objections professionally.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and appointment goals.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

Proven experience as tele caller, tele sales or similar role (real estate experience preferred).

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).

Confident and persuasive with good interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
