Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, handling campaign responses, and engaging potential customers through telecalling, emails, and social media. The role involves initiating conversations, understanding customer interests, and connecting them with the sales team for further engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through tele calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
Attend and respond to inquiries from marketing campaigns, advertisements, and online promotions.
Follow up with potential customers via calls, emails, and social channels to nurture interest.
Communicate project details, pricing, and features effectively to prospects.
Schedule appointments and coordinate initial discussions for the sales team.
Maintain a strong relationship with potential buyers to enhance conversion chances.
Provide timely reports on lead status, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred).
Experience: 1 to 3 years in telecalling, lead generation, or customer engagement (real estate preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in handling calls, emails, and social media interactions.
Ability to engage with customers professionally and persuasively.
Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail.
