Position Overview:
The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment. This role requires technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Install, calibrate, and test medical equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine service on medical devices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to determine the root cause and provide effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records, including documentation of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support product demonstrations and installations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and industry standards.
