As part of the team, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls, engage with prospective customers, and promote financial products such as personal loans, home loans. You will play a vital role in assisting customers in understanding their financing options and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote various financial products, including personal loans, home loans, business loans, and credit cards.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and expert guidance on loan options.

• Understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and recommend tailored financial products to match their requirements.

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.

• Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately in the CRM system.

• Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options clearly and persuasively.

• Assist customers with the loan application process, including gathering necessary documentation and providing updates on the status of their application.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries from various marketing campaigns and referrals.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of financial products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during sales and customer interactions.
