· Fluent in Hindi and English (verbal & written). Additional language proficiency is a big plus.
· 1+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement.
· Strong communication and persuasion skills – you can hold engaging, informative, and convincing conversations.
· A go-getter with a proactive approach to sales and customer interactions.
· Ability to handle objections and influence customer decisions.
· Comfortable using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
