Designation: VIP Services Executive

Eligibility Criteria:

Languages: Excellent in English & Tamil (mandatory)

Education: Minimum HSC

Experience: 1 to 5 years in Outbound Customer Service / Customer Relationship / Retention roles

Age: 21 to 30 years

Gender: Male & Female both preferred

Shift Timings:

Female: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Male: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

No Cab Facility

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 (In-hand) – Based on last drawn salary

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working + 2 Weekday Rotational Offs

Job Responsibilities:

Handle post-sales service for Shaadi SELECT Premium Members

Understand member preferences and manage their profiles

Shortlist and connect them with suitable matches

Coordinate meetings with consented prospects

Manage renewals and ensure customer satisfaction

Build strong rapport and guide members through their partner search journey
