Position: Team Leader – Immigration & Visa Services
Location: Subhash Nagar, New Delhi
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: The Team Leader will oversee the operations of a team within the immigration and visa services department, ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient processing of visa applications and immigration cases. The role requires a combination of leadership, knowledge of immigration laws and procedures, and excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Management & Leadership:
o Supervise and mentor a team of immigration consultants, officers, or support staff.
o Monitor and ensure that team members meet performance targets and deadlines.
o Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to improve team knowledge and performance.
o Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one performance reviews.
o Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and relevant immigration laws.
• Case Management:
o Oversee the preparation and submission of visa applications and immigration documents.
o Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with immigration regulations.
o Address escalated client queries and resolve complex cases.
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure best practices.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely updates on their immigration cases.
o Ensure exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
o Develop customized immigration strategies for clients based on their needs and goals.
• Administrative and Reporting Duties:
o Prepare regular reports on team performance, case statuses, and client feedback.
o Implement efficient systems to track case progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
o Ensure all documentation is organized, secure, and compliant with legal requirements.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Identify areas for team improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
o Foster a positive team environment focused on collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in the immigration or visa industry (3+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CRM systems, visa processing tools).
• A degree or certification in immigration law, business, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred:
• Experience with global visa services or specific visa categories (e.g., work permits, family-based immigration).
• Multilingual skills are an asset.
