Conduct outreach calls to farmers to gather detailed information on land area, crop production
expectations, quality metrics, historical data, and potential supply pockets.
● Identify and analyze whitespaces to uncover new opportunities for product expansion and
supplier partnerships.
● Build and maintain relationships with farmers to facilitate ongoing data collection and insights
generation.
● Support the business development team by generating and qualifying leads based on
agricultural insights and market analysis.
● Work with cross functional teams to understand their requirements and accordingly modify
farmer interaction and data collection process.
● Periodically run Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys among farmer contacts to assess
satisfaction levels, gather feedback, compile survey results and communicate insights and actionable to business team
