 Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have excellent communication skills, and a drive for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Outreach & Lead Generation:
    Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate leads and initiate sales conversations with prospective clients in the fashion and lifestyle industries.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Ensure a positive client experience from initial contact through post-sale.

  • Sales Presentations & Product Demos:
    Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and follow-up communications to prospective clients. Showcase Fashion TV’s media platforms and solutions effectively.

  • Lead Qualification & Closing Sales:
    Qualify inbound leads, identify sales opportunities, and effectively manage the sales pipeline. Close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • CRM Management:
    Track all client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce). Ensure data accuracy and timely follow-up.

  • Collaboration with Sales Team:
    Work closely with the external sales team, marketing, and content departments to provide a seamless client experience and ensure alignment of goals.

  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
    Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities. Offer insights to improve sales strategies.

  • Reporting & Analytics:
    Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to the Sales Manager.


Requirements:

  • Experience:
    1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role, preferably within the fashion, media, or entertainment industry.

  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

    • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.Inbound/Outbound Sales

  • Knowledge of Fashion & Media Industry:
    A passion for the fashion industry and understanding of media platforms like Fashion TV will be a distinct advantage.

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred and MBA Preferred.
