Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Female B2B Sales Executive to drive inside and field sales operations. The candidate will work closely with real estate developers, builders, and corporate clients to promote and sell our premium offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inside and field sales activities across Kalamboli and Navi Mumbai.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Maintain and update client databases using Excel

• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only.

• Experience: 1–2 years in B2B sales, preferably within the real estate industry.

• Education: Minimum Graduation in any discipline.

• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic MS Excel skills for data management and reporting.

  • Proven track record in B2B sales.

  • Good knowledge of Navi Mumbai localities and the real estate landscape.

Additional Details:

• Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skillset) + Incentives.

• Location: Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai.

• Work Type: Full-time, Field and Office Sales.
