Role: Presales Executive – Bangalore
Our client is a personalized home interiors brand with a strong presence across India, known for delivering end-to-end design and execution solutions. We’re looking for a dynamic Presales Executive to join our Bangalore team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Engage with online and offline leads shared by the marketing and field teams
Understand customer requirements and build interest in visiting our Experience Center
Ensure timely follow-ups and drive footfall to the store
Update CRM with lead status and feedback
Preferred Candidate Profile:
0–3 years of experience in sales, presales, or customer engagement roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident over phone and persuasive in approach
Local language proficiency (Kannada) is a plus
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven
