Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dedicated employee with expertise in the Hotel & Tourism ( Travel Agent) sector to join our team at COSMIK TOUR & TRAVELS in Kolkata, located at Baguiati. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing conducting cold calls to potential Guests/Traveler, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers 10-15 along with Incentive with a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Document customer details, required history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.

• Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 2 years & above of experience in customer service or a tele caller role and should be proficient in Bengali, Hindi . You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires minimum Graduate from any stream, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days in a week during the day shift.
