Senior Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. If you have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of our products/services.

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with potential customers to close deals.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is a plus.

• Fluency in [Specify Language(s) – Hindi/English or any regional language].

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
