Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.

Explain Job services and generate interest.

Maintain accurate call records and customer details.

Follow-up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:
Good communication skills (regional languages + Hindi Mandatory).

Prior experience in telecalling is a plus, but not mandatory.
