Job Description

Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships

Calling Customers and Informing Them About the Companys Product/ Service, Receive Calls and Solve Queries, basic knowledge about Justdial and IndiaMART, client follow up, send quotation, pI, po and tax invoice, cold call and generate lead, maintenance all leads in excel sheet, convert leads to sale.
