Job Description
- Understand customer need and handle their queries
- Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
- Generate leads and make calls to potential customers

Telecaller - Sales for Lending Product
Responsibilities:
Outbound calling: to potential and existing customers to improve conversion for lending.
Explain the features of the lending product to customers clearly and persuasively.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information on loan terms and conditions.
Meet daily and monthly call targets as defined by management.
Language Preferences: English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu
