Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team at Malgopay. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and driving sales through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products and services offered by Malgopay.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.

• Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

• Follow up with leads and ensure that they are properly nurtured.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 2nd PUC (Pre-University Course) or equivalent.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil and English (both written and verbal communication).

• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
