What You’ll Do
Position Summary: The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates through outbound calls or responding to inbound inquiries. This role involves promoting services, gathering information, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to persuade and influence, and a strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound and Inbound Calls:
○ Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and get them on board ○ Answer inbound calls and address inquiries, complaints, or concerns.
○ Provide accurate information about the company's services, and promotions.
2. Lead Generation & Qualification:
○ Identify and qualify leads by gathering essential information and evaluating their needs.
○ Engage with potential candidates to create interest in the company’s offerings and convert leads into appointments or sales.
○ Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and leads in the company’s CRM system. 3. Sales & Conversion:
○ Meet or exceed set targets and performance goals.
○ Promote company services by highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
○ Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Data Entry & Reporting:
○ Update candidates databases with relevant information after each call.
○ Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales leads, and customer feedback.
○ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activity, lead conversion, and sales performance.
Qualifications:

● Experience: ○ Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
