Prepare complete sets of export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and bill of lading.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA (Custom House Agents), and logistics partners for shipment scheduling and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade laws, and export control policies.

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

• Maintain records of all export transactions and documentation as per company policy and statutory requirements.

• Liaise with internal departments like production, quality, and finance for documentation support.

• Handle export incentives, LC (Letter of Credit) documentation, and post-shipment procedures.

• Ensure proper handling of DG (Dangerous Goods), if applicable.

• Manage documentation audits and support internal
