Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive (FSE) at Everest Fleet, your primary responsibility is to attract and onboard new drivers. This is a field sales job role requiring Good Sales background and persuasion skills to achieve targets effectively.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct field sales activities to source and onboard drivers.
• Achieve daily and monthly driver onboarding targets.
• Follow-up on lead generated throughout the day.
Requirements
• Any education. Good local language fluency.
• Good knowledge about nearby localities.

Note: This is a contractual job for six months. If they perform well, we can confirm them on the payroll.
