Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and ordering office supplies
Coordinate with various departments as needed
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional attitude and appearance
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: - ₹25000 to ₹30000
