We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
Manage scheduling and appointments for staff (if required).
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when necessary.
Provide basic information to clients and answer general inquiries.
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
[1–2] years of relevant experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
Experience in front office
