We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary materials.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Manage appointments and meeting room bookings.
Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and clients.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
