Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation of business requirements, processes, and system configurations
Training: Develop and deliver training materials for end-users
Technical assistance: Provide technical assistance for issues, such as identifying the root cause of customer issues
Follow-up: Provide follow-up for all AMS components
Verification: Verify automotive ASICs, implement analog models, and analyze regression results
Application support: Take care of application support, change management, enhancements, and new process requirements
