Job Description of Sr. HR & Admin Manager :-
1. This role includes increasing workforce capability.
2. improving organizational design and structure.
3. providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning and supporting .
4. Day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
5. Employee benefits and ensure accurate reporting.
6. Prepare financial records related to compensation and benefits.
7. Prepare invoices as per the requirement.
8. Follow with vendors.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Min 3 years NON IT Recruitment experience in preferably any HR consultancy out of their total experience.
Total experience to be above 5 years. Higher the experience better the candidate. Ideal experience 8-10 years.
Excellent English communication. (don’t share candidates who are not good in spoken and written English.)
OFFERED SALARY : Between 20k – 30 K per month depending on interview and experience.
