Job Summary:
The HR Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations remotely, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, policy management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and passionate about people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates.

• Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with changing regulations.

• Support performance management processes and employee evaluation cycles.

• Organize and promote employee engagement activities virtually.

• Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

• Coordinate training sessions and workshops remotely.

• Assist in payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.

• Generate HR reports and analytics for management.

• Ensure HR practices are aligned with organizational values and culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of HR experience (remote HR experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS software.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Nice to Have:

• Certification in HR (like SHRM-CP, PHR).

• Experience with remote team engagement tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello).
