Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive – Client Acquisition will focus exclusively on identifying, targeting, and onboarding new clients. This role requires proactive outreach, effective communication, and the ability to present HR solutions that address client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Identification & Prospecting:
Research and identify potential clients in both domestic and international markets.
Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
Client Engagement & Outreach:
Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, calls, and meetings to introduce the consultancy’s HR services.
Build and maintain a rapport with decision-makers to understand their HR challenges and requirements.
Proposal Development & Presentations:
Create and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to demonstrate the value of HR solutions offered.
Effectively communicate the consultancy's expertise and unique selling propositions.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Negotiate contract terms and service agreements to ensure mutual benefit and satisfaction.
Close deals and onboard clients while meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
Market Research & Strategy:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in client needs.
Provide insights to refine acquisition strategies and enhance service offerings.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales progress in CRM systems.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to management on acquisition performance and challenges.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
1+ year of experience in client acquisition or business development, preferably in HR consultancy or service-oriented industries.
Proven track record of acquiring and onboarding new clients.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to lead generation.
