Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers via live chat to assist with inquiries, product selection, and online purchases.
Build a rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Proactively follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Accurately update customer details and order information in the CRM system (Kapture).
Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and Kalki Fashion's product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Key Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in online chat, sales, or customer service (preferred).
Communication Skills: Strong written communication with impeccable grammar and spelling.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in chat platforms, CRM systems, and basic computer skills.
Sales-Driven: Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close sales effectively.
Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple chats simultaneously without compromising quality.
Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Team Player: Willing to collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
Education: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
