Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR-Admin-MIS Executive to manage end-to-end hiring processes, handle employee onboarding and exit formalities, ensure administrative compliance, and generate performance-related reports. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities across HR, Administration, and MIS functions.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):
Manage the entire hiring and recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle joining formalities, documentation, and orientation for new employees.
Conduct and manage induction and training programs for new hires.
Manage exit interviews and ensure proper clearance and documentation for outgoing employees.
Administration:
Monitor and maintain employee attendance records and late marks.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and flag deviations.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
Act as a point of contact for general administrative and HR-related queries from staff.
Management Information System (MIS):
Prepare and maintain monthly/quarterly performance reports of employees.
Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Result Areas (KRA) for all departments.
Provide actionable insights to the management for improving team and individual productivity.
Generate dashboards and reports for review meetings and performance appraisals.
